NSCDC arrests 36 scavengers with illicit drugs, weapons in FCT

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has arrested 36 scavengers over alleged possession of illicit drugs and weapons in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
