The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested one Rabiu Usman, 43-year-old man for allegedly raping an 11-year-old girl in Timdore District, Ganye local government area of the state. Commissioner of Police, Adamawa Command, Danwambo Morris said the arrest followed a referral from the Chief Magistrate Court in Ganye after the victim’s mother reported the incident. [...]
