Nigerian rapper Ruggedman has been arrested and currently held in detention by the State Criminal investigation Department (SCID) in Panti, Lagos state. The veteran is reportedly held over an alleged misunderstanding with the performing musicians Employers Association of Nigeria (PMAN).
