FRSC recovers stolen vehicle in Anambra after three years

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) says it has recovered a vehicle at the National Vehicle Identification Scheme (NVIS), Desk Office in Nteje, Oyi Local Government Area, Anambra, three years after it was stolen.
