The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said on Wednesday that at least 24,000 Nigerians have been declared missing by their families since 2015. The ICRC Protection of Family Links Team Leader, María Toscano, who disclosed this at a media workshop in Maiduguri, Borno State, said the international body was still on their trail.
