Nigeria’s crude oil output increased to 1.507 million barrels per day (mbpd) in July. This figure was 0.13 percent higher than the 1.505 mbpd recorded in June It was also the country’s highest output since January. Consequently, the country has surpassed the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) quota for the third time in 2025.
