Cross River State Head of Service (HoS), Dr. Innocent Eteng, has confirmed that Governor Bassey Otu’s implementation of the national minimum wage of N70,000. , He said the state government implemented it in line with the agreement the Otu adninistration reached with organised labour. Eteng stated this during an interview with LEADERSHIP in Calabar yesterday.
