Lere Olayinka, the Senior Special Assistant on PublicCommunications and Social Media to the Minister of the Federal CapitalTerritory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, on Saturday, threw a jab at three Nigerianpoliticians. Olayinka used Hilda Baci’s feat at the world jollof festivalto mock former Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi; ex-Minister ofTransportation, Rotimi Amaechi; and Dele Momodu. Recall that Amaechi had recently criticized President BolaTinubu over the state of Nigeria, stressing that he and Nigerians are hungry. Amaechi’s remark had led to criticism from Wike and Olayinkain the past. However, Olayinka while posting on X, wrote: “Jollof Rice isready in Lagos, where is Rotimi Amaechi? Make nobody tell us he is hungry againooo. “Hilda Baci will still explain how she cooked that plentyJollof Rice and didn’t invite Egbon Dele Momodu. Ko nice nah. “Hilda Baci wan cook plenty Jollof Rice like that, she noinvite Mr one shoe alias Agbotikuyo, Nija’s number one events planner andserver of food. Ko nice nah.” The renowned Nigerian celebrity chef had cooked 200 bags ofrice in a massive pot during the world Jollof festival in Lagos on Friday. Baci secured the Guinness world record of cooking theworld’s largest pot of Jollof Rice.
