A former lawmaker and local government chairman of Okigwe local government area of Imo State, Hon. Ngozi Ogbu, has been kidnapped by suspected members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and Eastern Security Network (ESN). Already, the Imo State Police Command has begun a manhunt for his rescue and the arrest of his abductors.
