The Confederation of African Football, CAF, has appointed Mauritanian referee, Moussa Diou for the Champions League preliminary round first leg tie between FC Les Aigles du Congo and Rivers United. Diou will be assisted by compatriots Kalidou Ba (Assistant Referee 1) and Adberrahmane Anne (Assistant Referee 2). The fourth official will be Dahane Beida also
