The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has told President BolaTinubu to start preparing his handover note, saying Nigerians are unwilling togive him a second term in 2027. Speaking at the PDP state secretariat in Yola on Friday, theparty’s Organising Secretary in Adamawa State, Hamza Madagali, said citizenshave lost patience with Tinubu’s administration. Madagali accused the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC)of lacking direction and failing the country. He added that the PDP’s recent ward congresses in Adamawashowed the party was united and ready to return to power. Madagali said the composition of the National Conventioncommittees showed that the APC’s time in power at the presidency was coming toan end. According to him, Nigerians have learned from past mistakesand will not gamble with the future of their children. “Nigerians are wiser now; they now know the differencebetween original and fake. The only way out is to return the PDP back topower.”
