Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have arrested two Brazil returnees, Ofoma Sunday and Ukachukwu Frank Ikechukwu, for trafficking a combined total of 116 wraps of heroin and cocaine at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
