Former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, says the party is open to receiving Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso back, but only if he complies with the party’s rules. Speaking to BBC Hausa, Ganduje explained that APC operates strictly by its constitution and would not give special treatment to anyone returning.
