The Nigerian Official Selection Committee, NOSC, has confirmed that no Nigerian film will be submitted for the International Feature Film category at the 2026 Academy Awards. NOSC chairperson, Stephanie Linus, in a statement on Monday revealed that the committee opened a call for entries in August. A total of six films were received for consideration.
