Governor Uzodinma launches book reflecting on APC’s journey

Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma has launched a new book, A Decade of Impactful Progressive Governance in Nigeria, detailing the All Progressives Congress (APC)’s governance journey over the past ten years. The book, unveiled on September 30, 2025, in Owerri, offers a candid reflection on the party’s achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement, with a foreword by APC National Chairman Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.During the launch, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who was in attendance, also commissioned key infrastructure projects in Imo State, including the Owerri-Mbaise-Umuahia Road and the Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu International Conference Centre. Uzodinma described the book as an honest account of the APC’s efforts in delivering on its promises of equity, development, and national renewal since coming to power.In a post on X, Uzodinma stated, “The APC was birthed with a vision to provide Nigeria with purposeful, progressive governance. Over the past decade, we’ve made significant strides in infrastructure, economic reform))^ reform, security, and human capital development.” He emphasized that the ten-chapter book is not self-congratulatory but a balanced examination of the party’s triumphs and trials, aiming to inspire continued progress.President Tinubu, commended by Uzodinma for his “steadfast leadership and bold reforms,” praised the governor’s initiative, highlighting the APC’s commitment to transformative governance.
