The Presidency has released a full list of those President Bola Tinubu granted presidential pardon and clemency. Contained in the list are illegal miners, white-collar convicts, remorseful drug offenders, foreigners, capital offenders among others. On Thursday, Tinubu had granted Presidential pardon to Major General Mamman Vatsa, Major Akubo, Professor Magaji Garba, among other 175 convicts.
