The Kano State Hisbah Board has arrested five youths for allegedly conducting an illegal marriage ceremony without parental consent. Deputy Commander General of the Board, Dr. Mujahideen Aminuddeen, confirmed the arrest in a statement issued on Monday in Kano. He said those apprehended include the groom, the bride, and three others who acted as witnesses
