The Nigerian Senate has advanced a critical healthcare initiative as a bill sponsored by Sen. Sunday Katung (PDP Kaduna- South) passed its second reading at the National Assembly. This was disclosed in a statement signed by Midat Joseph, Special Adviser on Media and Communication to the Sen. Katung and made available to newsmen in Kaduna.
