A joint assessment team comprising officials from the Sokoto State Emergency Management Agency, SEMA, the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, and the Nigerian Red Cross Society has carried out an on-the-spot assessment of areas affected by recent flooding in the area. This is following a report received from Gadanaji local government area of Sokoto State.
