Some parts of Oyo town in Oyo State have been thrown into darkness due to fire that ravaged the transformer serving the communities. Our correspondent reports that the transformer is beside Isale Oyo Microfinance Bank, Sabo area of Oyo. The incident occurred on Friday. Chairman, Oyo State Fire Service, Hon Maroof Akinwande confirmed the incident.
