Nigeria’s Flamingos thrashed Samoa 4-0 in their final group game at the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup. Bankole Olowookere’s side qualified for the Round of 16 as one of the best third-placed teams. The Flamingos scored three times in the first half. Queen Joseph netted twice, while captain Shakirat Moshood converted from the spot.
