The delegation of President Bola Tinubu, led by Foreign Affairs Minister, Yusuf Tuggar, has commenced consultations with the United Kingdom authorities concerning the continued imprisonment of former Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu. The delegation was engaging UK officials on the possibility of securing Ekweremadu’s transfer to Nigeria to serve the remainder of his jail term.
