The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Abimbola Akeem Owoade, has appointed Alhaji (Barrister) Bilaal Oseni Akinola, as the new Chief Imam of Oyo land. The appointment was contained in a statement by the Director of Media and Publicity to the monarch, Bode Durojaye, saying the letter of appointment was personally signed by the Alaafin. Oba Owoade
