Local Govts Set Up Committee On Out-of-School Children

Bauchi State chapter of the Association of Local Governments in Nigeria (ALGON) has inaugurated education committees across its 20 local government areas in a fresh move to reduce the number of out-of-school children and strengthen basic education enrollment. Chairman of the chapter, Mahmood Babamaji, said this during the 2025 World Children’s Day celebration in Bauchi.
