Troops arrest man with large quantity of illicit drugs in Kogi

The Troops of 12 Brigade Nigeria Army have arrested a man with a huge quantity of illicit drugs in Kogi State. The Acting Assistant Director Army Public Relations,12 Brigade,Lt.
