The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Command of the Nigeria Police Force has launched a public appeal to help identify a teenage boy believed to be the victim of a hit-and-run accident in Abuja. The boy, estimated to be between 12 and 15 years old, was reportedly struck by a vehicle near the Apo Roundabout transformer.
