Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has sent warm Christmas greetings to Christians in the state and across the world as they celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. In his Christmas and New Year message, issued through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the governor said the Christmas season is a special time for reflection.
