EsueneStadium, the songstress invited Emmanuel on stage to receive the cash gift. On stage, Tiwa jokingly teased him about his necklace,saying, “This your chain, it doesn’t look like you need money”, prompting thefan to remove the chain and throw it into the crowd. Before handing over the money, the singer challengedEmmanuel to earn it by either singing or dancing, and he chose to dance. “You have to do something to get the money now. Can you singor dance? The gifting came a few days after Tiwa was spotted gettingemotional, breaking down in tears and struggling to continue her performancewhile singing her 2021 hit song ‘Somebody’s Son’ at the WeLovEya Festival inCotonou, Benin Republic. The song, which features American singer Brandy, reflectsthe singer’s longing for true love and emotional fulfilment.
