(@GhanaCrimes) December 31, 2025 Eshun rose to international fame in August after videos ofhim constructing a massive wooden ark went viral. He claimed to be acting on divine instruction, warning of acatastrophic three-year deluge that would begin on December 25, 2025, and urgedthe public to repent. The sight of the burgeoning ark in his community drewintense media coverage and streams of curious visitors, turning the site intoan unexpected tourist attraction. However, last week, Ebo reversed his prophecy, announcingthat the flood had been postponed. He stated that God had granted more time toallow for the construction of additional arks to accommodate more people. Throughout his rise, he faced public skepticism andaccusations of exploiting believers for financial gain. Rumours swirled that hehad used donated funds to purchase a new car — an allegation he publiclydismissed. “There is a rumour going on that I extorted money frompeople. Nobody has given me money and I do not plan to take money from people. The rumour is not true. Please, I am taking money from anybody,” he said.
