The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has suspended the enforcementof the tinted glass permit policy in compliance with a court order. The enforcement of the policy was scheduled to commence onJanuary 2, 2026.However, Benjamin Hundeyin, the force spokesperson, said ina statement on Thursday that the policy has been suspended pending the hearingand determination of the substantive suit or the vacation of the order.
