The Kwara State government yesterday announced plans to empower over 40 relations of fallen heroes during the 2026 Armed Forces Remembrance Day. The commissioner for social development, Dr. Mariam Imam, disclosed this in Ilorin during the launch of the Emblem Appeal Funds Week as part of activities to mark the 2026 Armed Forces Remembrance Day.
