A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Emmanuel Ogidi, has stated why those who defected from the party will still return to the party. Speaking during an interview on Arise Television monitored by DAILY POST on Thursday, Ogidi said they will come back because they have the soul of the PDP in their hearts.
