A family has been thrown into mourning following the death of a woman, Aishatu Umar, who allegedly suffered months of excruciating pain after a pair of scissors was reportedly left inside her body during a surgical procedure at the Abubakar Imam Urology Center in Kano State. Aishatu Umar reportedly passed away at about 1:00 a.m.
