A Yola High Court in Adamawa State has convicted and sentenced a 39-year-old man, Gambo Goni, to death by hanging or lethal injection for armed robbery. The court presided by Justice Kaynson S. Lawanson, convicted and sentenced the defendant to death on count 1 and 2 and discharged him on count 3, 4 and 5.
