Sokoto State Governor, Ahmed Aliyu, on Friday signed the N758.7 billion 2026 Appropriation Bill into law. The budget, tagged the “Budget of Socioeconomic Expansion,” aims to stimulate economic growth and improve living standards across the state. The governor said implementation of the budget would commence immediately to ensure timely delivery of government projects and programmes.
