A renowned Zaria Islamic scholar, Sheikh Khalifa Usman Idris, popularly known as Rigi-Rigi, has passed away. Rigi-Rigi’s son-in-law, Malama Abubakar Ɗanyaro, confirmed the cleric’s death to Daily Trust Monday morning. He said that the scholar passed away Sunday night at a private hospital in Kaduna.
