The clubs that spent most during the winter transfer window have been revealed. This follows the end of the winter transfer window in Europe’s top five leagues on Monday night. According to the Transfermarket, Manchester City topped the list after securing the signing of Antoine Semenyo and Marc Guehi from Bournemouth and Crystal Palace, respectively.
