A member of the Senate Committee on Electoral Matters, Seriake Dickson, has said that real-time transmission of election results does not guarantee transparent election. Dickson said this on Tuesday when he appeared as a guest in an interview on ‘Prime Time’, a programme on Arise Television. He was speaking on the Electoral Act amendment saga.
