King Charles III has expressed “deepest concern” following the arrest of his brother, Prince Andrew, over allegations of misconduct in public office, stressing that the matter must be handled fairly and thoroughly by the relevant authorities. Prince Andrew, formally known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, was taken into custody on Thursday at the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk.
