The chief press secretary to Niger State governor, Bologi Ibrahim, has described his boss, Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago, as a diligent leader with uncommon energy. Bologi stated this yesterday in Minna while congratulating the governor on his 52nd birthday. He said, “My boss is a compassionate, selfless, visionary, bold and diligent leader with uncommon energy.”
