Operatives of the Plateau State Police Command have arrested a suspected notorious kidnap kingpin, Babangida Buba, popularly known as Babawo, bringing to an end months of manhunt after he allegedly escaped an earlier security clampdown in Shendam. The suspect was apprehended by officers of the Intelligence Response Team following renewed efforts to track him down.
