House of Representatives has moved to establish a regulatory commission to regulate fintech in the country. The regulatory commission is to be established through a bill sponsored by Hon. Fuad Kayode Laguda, titled, “A Bill For An Act To Provide For The Establishment Of Nigerian Fintech Regulatory Commission In Nigeria And For Related Matters, 2025”.
