March 05, (THEWILL) — The Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday discharged and acquitted former head of the Police Intelligence Response Team (IRT), DCP Abba Kyari, and his brothers in the asset declaration case filed against them by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA). The NDLEA had instituted a 23-count charge marked FHC/ABJ/CR/408/2022
