Proceedings in the trial of former Minister of Power, Saleh Mamman, were stalled on Thursday at the Federal High Court, Maitama, after the defendant failed to file his final written address. Mamman is facing prosecution by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on a 12-count charge bordering on alleged money laundering involving N33.8 billion.
