The Niger State Ministry of Water Resources said interventions by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) have significantly improved water supply, sanitation and hygiene services in parts of the state. The Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Alhaji Akilu Kuta, said this in Minna while assessing the impact of the agency’s projects on benefiting communities.
