A 44-year-old man, Lateef Babalola on Thursday appeared before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court for allegedly damaging a light board of a nightclub valued at ₦6 million. Babalola, whose address was not provided, is facing a three-count charge of malicious damage, breach of peace and assault. He, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
