Edo State Government has shut down an Orphanage Home and arrested its operator over an alleged adoption scam in the State. The sealed Orhanage Home identified as Uwadia Children Home is located in Afuze, the administrative headquarters of Owan East Local Government Area. It is operated by Mrs Grace Efe Uwadia.
