The National Pension Commission (PenCom) is making concerted efforts to enroll all civil servants in the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS). During a recent program aimed at civil servants, PenCom's Director General, Omolola Oloworaran, announced that the commission will conduct a one-time nationwide Online Verification and Enrolment Exercise for all active civil servants. This initiative is part of PenCom's strategy to ensure that all government employees are covered under the CPS, thereby enhancing their retirement benefits and financial security.
