Supreme Court nullifies PDP’s Ibadan convention, sacks Turaki-led faction

This ruling effectively disbands the factional National Working Committee that was established during the convention, which was led by Tanimu Turaki, a former Minister of Special Duties. The court's decision represents a significant setback for Turaki and his faction within the party.
