Police arrest two cattle rustlers, recover stolen cow worth N1.7m in Ogun

Operatives from the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) unit of the Ogun State Police Command apprehended two individuals, Muhammed Monsur and Olaseinde Olatunji, on Thursday in connection with cattle rustling activities. The suspects are believed to be part of a larger four-man gang that reportedly invaded a dairy farm situated in Omitoro, within the Ifo/Ibogun area of Ogun State. During the operation, police successfully recovered a stolen cow valued at N1.7 million. The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to apprehend the remaining members of the gang.
